Those Cheeks

Without a doubt, my favorite feature on little Eli are his cheeks.  I especially love the shape they make when he smiles.  When I held him in my lap as a tiny baby, I knew exactly when he flashed one of his sweet smiles because when I peered over the top of his head, the apples of his cheeks formed into perfect little peaks.

Even at 10 months, I still get tickled when I peek over his head and see those happy, pointy cheeks.  I sure hope they never disappear.
