Thanksgiving 2012

For the third year, we celebrated Thanksgiving with Jake's family.  The weather was still nice enough to go for a swing outside.

Amanda, from our church, and her parents (top of the table) joined us this year.  And we had another yummy Portuguese-American, fusion dinner this past Thanksgiving.  We had turkey, Portuguese-style stuffing (stuffing with linguica in it), mashed potatoes, turnips, green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry salad, Portuguese pops, and lots of dessert.

This was Eli's first Thanksgiving.  He was not present for the last picture.  He missed the meal for a nap, but we caught him with his turkey afterward.  Here is Josiah in the exact same outfit for his first Thanksgiving.

And here's Eli with his Uncle Nick.  (I was there, I promise.  I just need to do a better job actually hopping in on the photos!)
