More Sweet Stories

Here are some stories from Josiah's world:

After a bed time story about the ten commandments, Josiah summed up his responsibilities in a profound little statement:  "Obey God.  Obey mommy.  Obey daddy."  This was totally unprompted, but right on!

He and I were talking about his baby brother.  While looking at my stomach, Josiah made a downward motion across my belly and asked me to, "Cut it."  Guess he can't wait to meet his little brother!

Josiah likes to remind us over and over again where certain gifts came from:  He has an orange vest that "Joanna gave me."  His cowboy boots are "Joshua's boots."  His bed and potty seat are "Daddy gave me" items.  His tractor pillowcase is a "John gave me" present.  And the list goes on!

Every thing is BIG these days:  big hurt, big potty, big truck, big soo-my (semi)...
