Fun Run

I got to be a cheer captain today.  Jake and friends did a fun run this morning.  It was a 5k with inflatable obstacles on a cold, wet day.  We have had rain all week from the tropical storm. Thankfully there wasn't more than a drizzle when we went.  The boys had blankets and plenty of snacks, so we were good to go!  However, it was a different story for the runners.  They were splashing around in leftover puddles.

Josiah had a blast simply because Jake got a medal, and he was going to "play soccer and pretend that he got a medal."  That kids always has a plan and some grand pretend idea!

Taking pictures with my camera is not what it used to be.  For most shots today, by the time I sat a child down and grabbed my camera, I was too late!  It's getting a little harder to juggle three kids and a camera.  Oh well!
