Last fall, we went to Keith's Farm. This year we thought we'd try a lovely little commercialized farm instead. :) Little did we know, they were having a special weekend to raise money for a children's hospital, so there was even more fun involved.
We attempted a Christmas picture next to their beautiful barn. I wasn't a fan. Our tripod, which was attached to a chair, was stationed much too low.
There were tractors galore for Josiah. He rode this with Jake. See them?
We rode on this horse drawn hay ride. The bumpy ride lulled Eli to sleep. Moments before I snapped this shot, though, Josiah had his favorite moment of the day--when the horse peed.
Josiah rode a horse for the first time--he loved it!
And he rode a pony.
The weather was beautiful. It was the last Saturday in October.
There were all sorts of animals. My favorite were the two white doves flying around together.
And there was a corn maze. I'm sitting in mud here.
Eli literally hung out with me all day. He is so good when we're out.
We ended the day with some hot dogs, chips, and sodas from Gary's Best.
