Task for the Night

I've been wearing an editor's hat off and on for the last week.  My mom is making a cookbook of family recipes, and I've been proofreading some of its pages.  All you Lee girls that will receive it, GET EXCITED because it is way cool and such a labor of love!  (She'll hate that I'm bragging on her.)

As my fridge and freezer sit virtually empty, (this girl is way overdue on grocery shopping!) I am getting fantastic ideas for new recipes from the ladies of the Lee family, as well as nostalgic memories of mom's home cookin'.  I feel like cheating and using a few of these recipes as I sit down to menu-plan, but I won't!
