Cowboy

A very nice cousin (ehem, Joshua) let Josiah borrow his authentic, Texan cowboy boots.  Our rather new walker isn't very graceful in the clunky boots, but he still thinks they are fun to wear.

Little Cowboy is having fun playing pretend these days.

His favorite game is "night-night."  The other day, I found an assortment of stuffed animals and Little People in his pack-n-play.  He had put them in one by one and told each one "night night" as they crashed to the bottom of the pack-n-play.

He has also started walking from room to room while talking on his play cell phone.  He speaks gibberish and interjects a hearty laugh or "he--whoa" here and there during his pretend conversation.  Where did he learn this? From his daddy of course.  Jake is a "pacer" when he talks on the phone.

Another unfortunate pastime of Josiah's is to put things in the trashcan, hamper, or in a drawer.  How fun it is to open the trash can only to find a plethora of toys in the trashcan --NOT.
